Quality Assurance
One of the most important prerequisites for any successful supplier is quality assurance Systems being implemented. As we are ISO 9001:2015 awarded company by TUV NORD, we have adequate procedure get testing of incoming raw materials. The production of each batch is documented in the production register of casting being manufactured for proper traceability right from raw material to semi-finished stage and finally to finished products.

- Make all employees aware of their individual IMS obligations and responsibilities through training and awareness programs.

- Communicate and monitor safety and security measures in order to prevent occupational ill health and injury.
- Identify, evaluate and control of all health & safety hazards and environmental aspects.
- Participate, communicate and consult strategic matters to employees, suppliers, contractors, stakeholders and other interested parties, as applicable on IMS.
- Continually improve our performance by periodically reviewing our policies, objectives, business processes, employee skills and performance of external service providers.
- Comply with applicable statutory, legal and other requirements in a socially responsible manner.
- Communicate this policy to all employees and make available to all stakeholders.
Environmental Safety
Tas Foundries Pvt. Ltd. is well aware of its responsibility towards environmental protection. The company abides by the various statutory rules and regulations for environmental protection and pollution control as per Ahmedabad Municipality Regulation.
Tas Foundries Pvt. Ltd. is striving to create a total dust free atmosphere to ensure the optimum health and safety of it’s employees and facilitate the smooth and safe functioning of the foundry.
Process Control & inspection System
Stable quality is achieved by process control during production and confirmed by quick and precise inspection.
Thorough monitoring is not only applied to manufacturing, but as a way of double checking in the inspection area. Here we do not only rely on inspection fixtures but on specialists operating this equipment.
